[imp] SOME USERS Can't login to IMAP

I am not sure this is the right question to ask you.
After I put on --with-imap-ssl to compile php, I can't
even start up apache:

Syntax error on line 241 of
/usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /usr/local/apache/libexec/libphp4.so into
server: /usr/local/apache/libexec/libphp4.so:
undefined symbol: ssl_onceonlyinit

I searched the web, there are some people having the
same problem, but I couldn't find a solution. Your
help is greatly appreciated.
