[imp] trouble with multipart/appledouble viewer

Well I fixed the mime_magic stuff.  The configure flags have changed
(I guess in php 4.3.x) so the argument is --with-mime-magic rather
than --enable-mime-magic.  So the test.php and phpinfo() are both
happy with mime_magic and I'm pointing mime_magic at apache's "magic"
file, but unfortunately it didn't seem to have any impact on this
multipart/appledouble problem.
