Look in horde/lib/Text.php in the linkUrls() function. I'd do it myself, but
don't have time to debug it right now.

bugs.horde.org is rather borked and we can't contact the server maintainer. We
need to get Whups set up on one of our servers, and we just haven't gotten to
it yet.
