In the INBOX, I have a Select: and a Mark as: menu, as well as Delete, Blacklist, and Whitelist buttons. These appear at the top and at the bottom of the list of emails. I'd like to only have these options at the top. Can this be configured somewhere? Thanks, ~Matt
