[imp] Licensing issues

What you want to sell is the service of customizing their installation 
of Horde
for them. Don't worry about the semantics of who downloads what, but as 
long as
that is essentially what you are doing, you are fine.

If you were to create your own customized version of IMP, and then to 
sell it to
customers, you would be running up against the licensing.

Of course, if any of the customizations that you do are code or interface
enhancements that would be useful to the general Horde community, it would be
great if you contributed them back to the community, but you are not required
to do so if you're not distributing code.
