Interesting findings - wonder why 68MB of memory is needed for an 8MB
attachment?  Would explain why my setting of 100MB was bombing at
around 10-12MB attachments.

Would it be possible for IMP to compute and display the maximum
allowable attachment size on the Attach screen using ini_get()?
