[imp] Firefox 1.0 with IMP/Horde

This is very similar to the problem I'm having w/ Horde 3.0 and IMP 4.0.  If I
turn off hordeauth, and use a authentication method that presents a login
screen, you have to log in every time you switch applications (IMP, Turba,
Ingo, etc).
