[imp] Mail to Groups?

All current Turba  releases support Lists ( their word for groups )
They work fine What I do for a small address book is is have a seperate 
shared  address book that can only be updated by the mail administrator 
but is readable to everyone else. Elnter all of your users there ( a 
pain to do ) - then create a list called everyone that I add all of the 
users to.
