[imp] displaying of folders

Hello,

I've install Horde-3.1.1. with imp-h3-4.0.3
In the Navigator Folder, i can't display the tree of IMAP folders.
It's seems to be the same problem that was found in horde-3.0 bug#1014
but the file Tree.php is different of this version so i can't apply the
partch
