[imp] DB Error: Unknown Error when sending.

Greetings,

 

I have Horde version 4.1.3 running on windows 2003 with php 5.  I can
receive email and read, but when I try to forward, reply or send I get the
message in the subject line.

 

I have no idea how to check the admin rights to the mySql database or how to
find it.  I have plesk and many times login to the server with mstsc to work
on configurations.

 

Please help.
