I lied - this is actually a global login task.  So this will also only  
be sent once using IMP per login (or at least as long as the imapproxy  
connection is valid).

And I forgot one more: the COMPARATOR command (example from RFC 5255)

C: A001 COMPARATOR "cz;*" i;basic
S: * COMPARATOR i;basic
S: A001 OK Will use i;basic for collation
