OK - guess I am still confused what you mean by "line wrapping".  Do  
you mean in the browser UI?  Lines are wrapped in the compose input  
window so that horizontal scrollbars don't exist.

As for the content of outgoing messages, we don't wrap lines.  That's  
the whole point of flowed text.
