[imp] Vertical layout and scroll bar reg.

Dear List,

When viewing messages in Vertical View, the message part has horizontal
scroll bar at the end of the message only.  If there is any line at the
begining of the message, which is long, it is difficult to scroll and see.

Is it possible to introduce horizonal scroll bar for the window itself?
