[kronolith] Use of Kronolith with the "iCal Group Scheduler"?

I hadn't. Looks like it just provides free-busy info? I'd planned to
integrate this into Kronolith at some point - I'll try and do it soon.
Providing free-busy info will be pretty easy; using it will take longer.
