[kronolith] Shared calendaring only partially working

I have shared calendaring partially working under Kronolith.  Setting the
"Show" permission works well and makes the event's time appear in other user's
calendars. However setting the read/edit/delete settings does not give other
users any more access than the "Show" setting does.

Any ideas what I might be missing?

I am using the lastest version from the CVS tree (as of yesterday) of horde, 
framework, imp, kronolith, etc.  IMP is my authentication mechanism and a 
mysql db stores both kronolith_events and kronolith_storage.  I am 
*not* running a kolab server.
