[kronolith] reminders and STMP/AUTH

scripts/reminders.php and lib/Scheduler/kronolith.php is no longer  
used anymore. If this should be integrated into CVS, you need to  
provide a patch against CVS HEAD and patching the alarms code. And  
please create a new ticket on bugs.horde.org for that.
