[sork] [passwd] Honoring shadowMin if set in LDAP

Hi List,

It is possible to store the shadowLastChange and shadowMin attributes in the
ldap directory. The first gives the date at which the password was last
changed, the latter gives the minimum number of days before a password may be
changed again.

I've created a patch for the ldap driver so:
1) It is checked if the password may be changed if both attributes exist
2) shadowLastChange is updated if it exists

I only did this for the ldap driver, since thats' the one I'm using

I'm open for suggestions to improve the patch

Cheers,
Roel.
