i was trying to this passwd module problem since last two months

this is my problem, i have setup hordewebmail with

whn i try to access passwd page i am getting blank page i cheked the httpd error messages and i got this

Hi,

I need help to troubleshoot my problem. Whenever i try to change  
password i got this error message.

"Failure in changing password on Change User Account password:  
Incorrect Password"

How do i solve it? i have put the correct old password and put the new  
password as : t3wahSetyeT4

but still got the error message. It apply to all my horde users.
Please help me..

Is there any specific services that i need to restart in order to make  
the passwd module back to normal?
