Check
/horde/turba/sources.php

It will indicate where you put your address book information.

But if you want to transfer I'd export it in every format possible,
csv, tsv. If you don't see the export option go into
/horde/turba/sources.php and turn it on. It's in the bottom stanza of
the section...here is mine.

    'public' => true,
    'use_share' => true,
    'readonly' => false,
    'admin' => array('me at mydomain.com'),
    'export' => true,
    'browse' => true

You need to tack in the
 'export' => true,
If it's not there

I'm not the foremost expert on here...but they probably have better
things to do than answer this...so I figured I'd step up.

Regards,

-Tony

Horde has failed, our sites are never up and we therefore are moving away from this host and we want to download the address book data for our domains and email boxes via RDP so we can transfer addresds book data for our customers when we move their sites.
