[agora] help with agora

Hi all,

I am new to this list. I have trouble getting agora to work. My setup:

PHP 4.3.0
Horde 2.2.1
IMP 3.1
Agora from cvs

Initially when i tried accessing agora from horde, it complained about
some php files missing from $HORDE_BASE directory. 
For this I copied all the required files from the CVS horde to my horde
lib directory. 

Now Horde complains about missing arguments to fatal() in Horde.php.

Any help in resolving this is appreciated.
