Since I forgot to mention, this is in Horde 3.1-rc1 and in Horde 3.0.9 using 
Agora from this morning's CVS HEAD.  I did however revert the "bugfix" I 
mistakenly submitted yesterday (Horde/Agora Bug 3269, should be 'Bogus')
