The Horde Development Team is proud to announce the first tarball releases of
the IMP and Horde development branches. These are beta-quality releases with
alpha-quality documentation; a working knowledge of PHP is still expected in
order to get this running. However, we are now at the stage where installation
hitches should be pointed out as soon as possible so that we can start getting
the documentation up to speed.
Extensive changelogs are in the tarballs, which are available at:
ftp://ftp.horde.org/pub/horde/tarballs/horde-1.3.3.tar.gz
ftp://ftp.horde.org/pub/imp/tarballs/imp-2.3.6.tar.gz
At this point in time, you must still have Horde and IMP in sync - you need
both of these for anything to work. A design goal for Horde 1.4/IMP 2.4 is for
releases to occur independently most, if not all, of the time.
Many thanks to everyone who has pitched in to make this release such a vast
improvement over the current stable branch!
