Turba 0.0.2 released

The Horde Team announces the availability of Turba 0.0.2.

This is the second tarball release of Turba, the Horde contact manager. It 
should still be considered development code, but it is quite stable and full-
featured, and integrates with other Horde development applications. At this 
stage, more users, feedback, and testing will help push Turba quickly to a beta 
and then stable release.
