[announce] Horde 2.2 released

The Horde Team is pleased to announce the official release of the
Horde Application Framework version 2.2.

The Horde Application Framework is a general-purpose web application
framework in PHP, providing classes for dealing with preferences,
compression, browser detection, connection tracking, MIME handling and
more.

Major new changes in this release:

    - PHP 4.3.0 / PEAR compatibility updates
    - New Bulgarian, Lithuanian, Romanian and Latvian translations
    - Many MIME parsing / viewing improvements
    - More configurable sessions
    - Numerous performance improvements
