The Horde Team is pleased to announce the first release candidate of the
Internet Messaging Program (IMP) version 3.2.2.
IMP allows universal, web-based access to IMAP and POP3 servers. It has many
advanced features normally only found in desktop email clients such as
searching multiple mailboxes, identities, and a hierarchical mailbox
navigator.
Barring any problems, this code will be released as Horde 3.2.2.
Testing is requested and comments are encouraged.
Updated translations would also be great.
Changes in this release:
- SECURITY: Several XSS scripting vulnerabilities have been patched in
the HTML message viewer code.
- SECURITY: Code has been added to help avoid some intermittent
session fixation issues. You MUST upgrade to Horde 2.2.4 to enable
these fixes.
- Added several new translations.
- Other minor changes and cleanups.
