[announce] New Turba patch

The patch to update Turba 1.2 to version 1.2.1 that was available from our
FTP server did not apply cleanly to an existing Turba 1.2.

The patch has been updated and should apply cleanly again.

It's still available from
  ftp://ftp.horde.org/pub/turba/patches/patch-turba-1.2-1.2.1.gz
  http://ftp.horde.org/pub/turba/patches/patch-turba-1.2-1.2.1.gz

The new MD5 hash is:
