The Horde Team is pleased to announce the final release of the Ingo Email
Filter Rules Manager version H3 (1.0.2).

Ingo is an email-filter management application. It is fully internationalized,
integrated with Horde and the IMP Webmail client, and supports both
server-side (Sieve, procmail) and client-side (IMAP) rule creation.

Major changes compared to the Ingo version H3 (1.0.2-RC1) are:
    * Added Korean translation.
    * Updated German, Finnish, and Traditional Chinese translations.

Major changes compared to the Ingo version H3 (1.0.1) are:
    * Allow disabling of special rules (blacklist, whitelist, vacation,
      forward).
    * Improved support for non-ascii charsets.
    * Improved Sieve support.
    * Added Norwegian Bokmaal translation.
    * Minor fixes and enhancements.
