Storage efficiency isn't *just* number of files in the directory; path length
can go into it, too. I don't feel that strongly about the above, though. I
think I like Heath's:

ansel/hash/full/image
ansel/hash/created/image_(screen|thumb|micro)

... a little bit better, though.
