[ansel] Download as zip broken?

I just confirmed with Ben that I have the same version of all the Ansel files
except edit_image.php (I'm running 1.28 and he has 1.27).

Anyway, can anyone else confirm that Download as Zip works for them or not?  I
tried it on several galleries, and all that happens is the page spins and then
it redirects to list.php.  No download.
