[ansel] IMAP Authentication cancelled

I am running lastnights Snapshot -
I updated framework and pear -


My galleries are all there - but no pictures display.
I was checking permissions and I receive the following
 HORDE [notice] [ansel] IMAP Authentication cancelled [on line 249 of 
"/var/www/html/horde/ansel/perms.php"]

No  messages in Apache  error log.

All the gallery  structure is there, as are the comments  and camera data - 
but the images do not display.

I added a new Test Gallery and a new image - and that works fine -

Running
Apache  1.3.27
PHP 4.3.10
MySQL 4.0.16
uw-imap 2001a-15


Any ideas ?
