[board] August 2008 Horde Board Meeting

It's that time again, time for the August 2008 Horde Board meeting.   
While the activity from post-3.2 release has slowed down a bit some  
other new projects have come alive and we'll be discussing them  
tomorrow.  Unlike previous months I will not be listing a specific  
agenda now but one has been written discussed and will be shared  
tomorrow.  Please set your Kronolith alarms to 11AM EST (3PM UTC) and  
the Location field to irc://irc..freenode.net/#horde-board.  See you
