To the board list, or to the vendor list? It seems that initial  
reports and vendor coordination are separate tasks to me.

Also, hopefully taking security at horde.org off of the support page on  
www.horde.org and putting it in the middle of a full list of security  
management procedures will help with the amount of mail it gets.
