[board] Board Meeting Today

In approximately 45 minutes from the time I send this mail the 1st  
Horde Board meeting is scheduled to begin.  As posted two weeks ago,  
the approximate agenda includes the following:

* Horde Board Mission discussion
* Highlights of development goals for Horde 4
* Release objectives for Horde 3.2
* Open Floor
* Schedule of next board meeting
