[board] 1st Scheduled Board Meeting

Based on the feedback received so far, there is support for a regular  
meeting to discuss the Horde Project's goals, direction, and  
community.  After discussion with the Horde Core developers, we have  
agreed to schedule the first Board meeting on Tuesday, February 12  
2008 at 11AM Eastern (4PM UTC).  The meeting will last less than one  
hour.

Below is the agenda I propose for this meeting, but please feel free  
to send me any agenda items you would like to have included.  I will  
send out a final agenda before the actual meeting:

* Horde Board Mission discussion
* Highlights of development goals for Horde 4
* Open Floor
* Schedule of next board meeting

For convenience I have included an iCalendar meeting notification.
