  that into the 'from'. i would then hit 'save'.  following this, the 'from' line 
  would go back to being 'sjones@wesleyan.edu' rather than 'shostakovich jones 
  <sjones@wesleyan.edu>'. same goes for 'signature' and all that other stuff.
