+ when i reply to a message that was sent to a large list of recipients, this 
+ list gets truncated : the number of remaining chars seems to vary between 800-
+ 1000, and the list ends with 3 dots (...).
+ This occurs with To: and Cc: lines.
+ It also occurs when reediting a postponed message.

+ Noticed on MSIE 4.01 and Netscape Communicator 4.73 (WinNT)
