+ To reproduce:
+ 
+ IMAP folder prefix is specified as "mail/"
+ These folders exist:
+ mail/folder
+ mail/aamail/bb
+ 
+ These will show in the folder list as:
+ mail/folder     --> folder
+ mail/aamail/bb  --> aabb
+ 
+ The "mail/" should not be removed from the middle of the name, just from the
+ beginning.
