+ Yea, i have a problem in my mailbox where all the old messages I had in there 
+ are now appearing twice.  I also got an email from the server saying the 
+ following:

+ from: Mail System Internal Data <MAILER-DAEMON@pipt> 
+ 
+ This text is part of the internal format of your mail folder, and is not
+ a real message.  It is created automatically by the mail system software.
+ If deleted, important folder data will be lost, and it will be re-created
+ with the data reset to initial values.
+ 
+ New messages are coming in only once and other than the double messages, it 
+ seems to be working okay.  Just thought Id let you know and am wondering if i 
+ can delete that message I got or not.
