  Which version of IMP do you use, what language did you select in your browser 
  setup in your preferences, on the login screen, as the system default, what 
  languages do you use,... We need much more information from you.

+ IMP is 3.0, pt_BR is the default language.
+ When user chooses English as preferred language, and the preferences are 
+ updated, the menubar Addressbook text is shown in the corect locale in the 
+ preferences page, but as soon as you go to another place (click on INBOX for 
+ example) the menubar is updated with the Addressbook icon showing text in the 
+ wrong (default) locale.
