+ Please change the "/sbin/service httpd restart" line in the RH 7 Horde/IMP 
+ 2.2 RPMs to "/sbin/service httpd condrestart" before the next security upgrade.
+ IMO you shouldn't start services that aren't already running.  I keep Horde/IMP 
+ installed on multiple machines in case the active one fails and I have to move 
+ web services to another one.
