  folders.  I believe when the FOLDERS=>"INBOX."    AND   NAMESPACE=>"INBOX." are
  both set, the PHP code is not smart enough to figure out where the exact 
  location of the folder is, therefore it creates a new folder.

+ No, the opposite is true. If you set a value for folders you can't access shared
