+ I have updated to CVS code as of 8/6/02 (am) and cannot access Folders menu 
+ item.  A message asks if I want to display secure and non-secure items (I have 
+ specified that Horde should generate HTTPS only), there is a very long delay 
+ then browser will error with page not found.
