  This bug only appears when running on PHP on Win2000. On RedHat 7.2, this bug 
  and others I've encountered (such as no alert box appearing when appointment 
  time has come) do not appear at all.

+ I suspect that, as Kronolith works perfectly with almost the same settings on 
+ Linux (RedHat 7.2), the bugs on Windows 2000 (SP2) - repeating events, alarms, 
+ etc. - may come from the executables of Apache or MySQL as they come compiled 
+ (or from the PHP module). Though I have tested the PHP requirements with the
