+ Straight default install from the website downloads lack constants for:

+ SORTARRIVAL
+ SORTDATE
+ SORTFROM
+ SORTSUBJECT
+ SORTSIZE
+ 
+ The references to the constants appear in config\prefs.php.

+ I simply went ahead and assigned them values 162 - 166 and it seems to not 
+ having any problems with those values.

+ BTW, I read that it isn't "confirmed" that IMP runs on Win32. I am running the 
+ standard binaries of Apache/2.0.43, PHP 4.2.3 (and mysql-3.23.38).
