  Maybe it would be better not to localize folder names at all or use numerical
  representation of month names in rename_sentmail_monthly.php.

+ Fixed in HEAD and RELENG_3.  Fix: for non-english users, use the month number 
+ instead of the localized month abbreviation.  Could you check and see if this
