+ To the Horde help facility I've added forward and back links the go thru the 
+ history of help pages looked at and another XML element <eref> ("external 
+ reference") that allows you to define links in help pages that open a new 
+ window and go to an external site.  There is a diff against horde-2.1 at 
+ http://sporty.nun.unsw.edu.au/gkh/horde_help.diff that you may wish to 
+ incorporate.
