+ Most calls to Horde::applicationUrl() are performed with the argument 'full' = 
+ true. This is ugly, if the domain name (e.g. mail.company.com) is not identical 
+ with the http_host resp. server_name. In this case, redirects with full URLs may 
+ not be used!! Can you support a Horde preference to enforce 
+ Horde::applicationUrl() with 'full' = false??
