  Could you add the line: include_once IMP_BASE . '/lib/IMP.php';
  to line 81 of imp/lib/Identity/IMP.php (right before the line that has the 
  IMP::getPlainAddress() call) and let me know if that fixes this problem?

+ I can't reproduce this, and there has been no feedback.  Try recompiling PHP?
