+ I created a folder with quotes in the name and now I cannot do anything with 
+ it.  When I try to delete it, it does nothing.  If I try to rename it, I end up 
+ with BOTH.  Then when I try to delete the renamed copy, it does not delete 
+ either.  What can I do?  Also, if I do an upgrade, will these folders hinder 
+ the upgrade process at all?
