+ Summary: Case sensitivity issue with categories

+ One of our clients found a problem with the categories, giving them PHP errors 
+ in Kronolith, Nag and MNemo.

+ However, when they logged in with certain letters of their login capitalised 
+ (E.G. kathy_A, Carol_S) they were able to make use of the modules that usually 
+ generate errors.

+ A quick look over the db shows that the user_uid table does indeed have 
+ capitalised usernames in there.
